Originally a Londoner, I made 'the great escape' half a lifetime ago and I've never looked back. I'm loving life here in the West country.
Chatting, delicious food, tea and cake, walks in nature, live music, planning my next adventure - now these are definitely some of my favourite things!
I've a particular passion for creative dance. There's nothing like kicking off my shoes and letting the music lead into movement - meditation in motion - pure joy.
